To avoid exposing your skin's epidermis layer, avoid using hot water.
CLOTHING MATERIAL : A basic way to avoid ACNE is to sleep on clean materials and to normalize using a different towel for your face and other parts of your body.
DON'T TOUCH OR BURST PIMPLES : If you notice a pimple bump on your skin, do not touch or burst it to prevent bacteria from spreading further. Touching pimples can also spread infection and cause scarring.
ADOPT A DIET RICH IN VITAMINS BUT LOW IN FAT : Your diet has a significant impact on the appearance of your skin. Adopting a vitamin-rich diet, particularly vitamin D, C, E, and K, is beneficial to your skin. Fat-rich diets are generally bad for your skin. Excess fat makes your skin appear dull and increases your chances of having oily skin, making it prone to clogging.
